As an Expeditions Officer, you will handle day-to-day logistics, manage documentation, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate logistics for project materials and equipment.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in the organization and planning of project events and meetings.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both in Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or administrative roles.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid SIM and driving license.
