📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests at the theater entrance, ensuring they have a pleasant and welcoming experience.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and friendly information.
• Promote upcoming movies and special events to enhance guest engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and well-organized theater environment.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the theater, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for all guests and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with using POS systems and other theater management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
• Enthusiasm for the movie industry and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
