📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of Amorita Resort, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage the budgeting process, including month-end and year-end close activities.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement cost-saving measures and optimize financial performance.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the general manager and department heads.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of financial excellence.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in financial software such as Oracle, SAP, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
