📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring their products are functioning optimally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients.

• Communicate effectively with clients in Mandarin, explaining technical solutions and product features.
• Document all service calls and client interactions for future reference.
