As an MEP Contracts Manager, you’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver exceptional results on projects ranging from luxury resorts to commercial developments. Using tools like Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6, you’ll manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision. With 5+ years of experience in MEP contracting, you’ll leverage your expertise to optimize project performance and ensure seamless execution.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage MEP contracts, including procurement, negotiations, and vendor selection.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables using project management software.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor project progress.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, including project status updates and financial summaries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MEP contracting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 5+ years of experience in MEP contracting, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing contracts and projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera P6, MS Project, and Procore.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
