📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the finance team in their day-to-day operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to senior management.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance controller role, with experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
