📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, including contracts, reports, and marketing materials, between Mandarin and English/Indonesian.
• Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, conferences, and negotiations.
• Ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations to maintain professionalism and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, terminology, and cultural nuances to provide high-quality translations.
• Assist in training and developing internal language resources and tools.
• Manage and maintain translation databases and software, such as Trados or MemoQ.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 6 or equivalent) and fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Certification in translation (e.g., ATA, CITI, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong cultural awareness and understanding of Chinese and Indonesian business practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using translation software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
