📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and answering product-related inquiries.
• Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs, ensuring they find the best solutions for their skincare and beauty routines.
• Process transactions accurately using the in-store Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Stock and organize products on the sales floor, ensuring a well-presented and appealing store environment.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking and reporting any discrepancies.
• Promote special offers, discounts, and new product launches to customers.
• Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
