📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high-net-worth individuals and international corporations, to ensure their medical needs are met with the highest level of service and care.
• Develop and implement client relationship strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
• Coordinate with our medical team to ensure that all clients receive the best possible care and treatment.
• Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, and use this information to improve our services and client experience.
• Leverage CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to track and manage client interactions and data.
• Attend and participate in industry conferences, seminars, and events to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in client relationship management.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in the healthcare industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the healthcare or medical tourism industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful client relationship strategies.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in client relationship management or a related field is a plus.
