📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of our IT systems by implementing monitoring and maintenance protocols.
• Provide technical support to the team, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to plan, implement, and manage IT projects.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our systems.
• Document IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proficient in configuring and managing servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
