📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate land acquisition processes, including negotiations, agreements, and permits.
• Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with all land use and environmental regulations.
• Engage with local communities to address concerns and build stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate land suitability and potential challenges.
• Prepare and present reports on land acquisition progress and community engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure land access requirements are met for mining operations.
• Monitor and manage land access contracts and agreements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address potential issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition, community engagement, or regulatory compliance in the mining industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
