📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, both hot and cold, using premium coffee beans and high-quality ingredients.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a pleasant environment for both staff and customers.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall café experience.
• Learn and apply new coffee brewing techniques and trends to enhance the café's offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, drip, and cold brew techniques.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and tools, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet customer demands.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.
