As a Legal & Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from drafting and reviewing contracts to advising on regulatory matters. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that all our operations comply with local, national, and international laws and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide end-to-end legal and compliance support to ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Advise on regulatory matters and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report on legal and compliance risks.
• Work with the management team to ensure that all business operations are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and advise on their impact on the business.
• Provide training and support to other members of the team on legal and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of legal and compliance strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal and regulatory framework.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with legal and compliance software, such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
