📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive test planning and execution using tools like JIRA and Selenium
• Identify, document, and report software defects using bug tracking systems
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
• Perform regression testing to verify the stability of software updates
• Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience as an IT QA Analyst or a similar role
• Proficient in using testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, and Postman
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in ISTQB or equivalent is a plus
