📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Develop user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.
  • Assist in creating training materials and tutorials.
  • Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and other resources.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
