📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain inventory records accurately and efficiently.,Ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies for daily operations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Maintain a clean and organized central kitchen environment.,Implement and follow inventory management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.,Provide support to the kitchen manager in achieving operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
