📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure accuracy of HR data.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and employee evaluations.,Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues and conflicts.,Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
