Crown Pearl Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and skilled Barista/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, as well as handling cashier duties. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our coffee shop.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a hygienic environment.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register accurately.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier, preferably in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.,Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to work remote hours, including evenings and weekends.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
