📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and requirements.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate suitability.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience with social media and digital marketing tools is a plus.
