📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.,Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and tax filings.,Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of tax regulations and procedures.
