📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the production department to ensure efficient and effective production processes.,Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and workers to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.,Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control measures to ensure timely and accurate completion of production orders.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products.,Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or production industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management systems.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations and standards.
