Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into sales strategies.
  • Manage a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or key account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
