Warung Oka Shop is seeking a dedicated and professional Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests arriving at the front desk, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Handle and manage guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of guest information, check-ins, and check-outs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Monitor and manage front desk operations, including inventory and supplies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance the guest experience.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Proven experience in managing daily operations and handling guest inquiries.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with front desk software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Customer-centric approach and a passion for providing excellent service.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in hospitality are a plus.
