📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Train and mentor team members to maintain high service levels.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor and report on sales and service performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving service excellence.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
