📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing support to employees.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
