PT Mega Property is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the vehicles are in optimal condition, managing fuel and maintenance schedules, and coordinating with drivers and other stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Ensure vehicles are in optimal condition through regular inspections and maintenance.
  • Manage fuel and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on fleet performance.
  • Provide training and support to new drivers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    <h3>Keterampilan:</h3><li>Familiarity with fleet management software such as Fleet CompleteGeotabor similar.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to interpret technical manuals and maintenance schedules.</li><li>Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair.</li><li>Knowledge of fuel management and cost control.</li><li>Ability to work shifts and weekends as needed.</li><li>Multilingual skills (Indonesian and English) are a plus.</li>
