DRIFT Unggul is looking for a Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the company's fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of fleet management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with all safety and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fleet operations.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements for the fleet.,Manage and maintain relationships with fleet service providers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
