📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their coffee purchases, providing information about our products and helping them make informed decisions.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and are in good condition.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.,Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.,Keep up-to-date with our product range and promotions, and be able to communicate this information to customers.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager, to support the smooth operation of the sales counter.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the coffee or retail industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills, including the use of point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from managers.,Enthusiasm and passion for the coffee industry.
