📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that operations are aligned with the company's overall strategy.,Develop and maintain operational budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.,Conduct regular operational audits to ensure that all processes are operating at optimal levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
