📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs to attract and retain top talent.,Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.,Adhere to Indonesian employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.,Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.,Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.,Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on mid to large organizations.,Proven experience in managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Strong understanding of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies is a plus.
