We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at The Rigging Company Limited (TRCL) in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding our client base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality rigging and lifting solutions to our clients across various industries.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.,Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations to potential and existing clients.,Coordinate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of rigging and lifting solutions.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand awareness and establish strong relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the engineering or industrial equipment industry.,Strong knowledge of the rigging and lifting industry, including relevant standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools and software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Ability to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
