📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Manage and maintain the reception area, including ordering supplies and restocking.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate documentation.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Perform other duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with office software and technology.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
