Base Smart Jaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless collaboration and communication,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction,Develop and maintain operational budgets and financial reports,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other operational software,Familiarity with lean and six sigma methodologies is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
