📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Perform and interpret laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.,Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and goals.,Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or related laboratory science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on leading a team.,Proven track record of managing laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment, including proficiency in using various analytical instruments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations is a plus.
