Cafe Maya Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Head Chef to join our team. As the Lead Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. This is a full-time position located in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. The salary range for this role is Rp 12.000.000 – Rp 20.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
