📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in providing high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the resident's living environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in healthcare.
- Document all resident care activities accurately and promptly in the electronic health records system.
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist in organizing and participating in social activities and events to enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Work closely with the care team to ensure that all residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Enrolled Nurse certification or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing or healthcare setting, preferably in a residential care facility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and their families.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems, such as EPIC or Cerner.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and professional care to elderly residents.
- Ability to lift and move residents as needed, with a valid lifting certification preferred.
- Experience in working with diverse populations and cultures is a plus.
