📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations of the assigned area.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with team members to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Lead and mentor team members to achieve organizational goals.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
