Lingkungan Dian Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Deputy Admin Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the clinic's administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with healthcare providers.,Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, treatment plans, and billing records.,Prepare and distribute necessary documents, such as insurance forms, treatment summaries, and billing statements.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the clinic's physical and digital files.,Support the clinic manager in preparing reports and presentations for meetings and reviews.,Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the clinic manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
