📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.
  • Ensure that all departmental activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving departmental performance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using office software and other relevant tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
