Diamond New Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Sleman. As an Assistant Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Support the Store Manager in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in training and mentoring store staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.,Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials and displays.,Support the Store Manager in managing customer complaints and resolving issues.,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Support the Store Manager in coordinating with suppliers and vendors for restocking and other needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or a related field.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
